Heritage Wills Advisory is based in the heart of Leicestershire, specialising in Wills, Tax, and Trust planning.
Our aim is to ensure clients are dealt with openly and fairly and so we have combined the STEP Will Writing Code into our company procedures.
The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and other practitioners. The code is a set of ethical principles that determine how best to meet needs of each individual client whilst at the same time operating within appropriate standards.
We are also able to draw on the expertise of Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Ltd who provide legal services, Probate, Professional Executor and Trustee Services, and our parent company Heritage Wealth Advisory Ltd who specialise in wealth management.
